A place for urban living
Two 4-storey residential buildings with 195 apartments were built. This modern living concept offers a variety of options, adapted to the needs of families, couples and individuals of all ages, and reflects the diversity of urban life. The arrangement of the buildings around the quiet inner courtyards on the south side creates a relaxed living atmosphere. In addition, the good public transport connections with a bus stop nearby make it easy to get around.
Dynamic and innovative working environment
The site includes a 17-storey tower and an elongated, curved building along Sandäckerstrasse, which offer modern workspaces and set new standards in the professional world. These buildings are designed to create functional and inspiring working environments for a variety of companies. The proximity to various services and good transport links contribute to the location’s appeal. A quiet inner courtyard in the north of the site offers space for relaxation breaks and informal meetings.
Cultural hub – the heart of the “LimmatSpot”
The «LimmatSpot» serves as a meeting place and is a lively centre for encounters and interaction. With facilities such as Pathé’s town hall cinema complex and numerous dining options, it is a dynamic hub for cultural and social activities. The inner courtyards offer both residents and visitors to the area a quiet environment for breaks and meetings.

When developing the “LimmatSpot”, we focussed on creating a space that enriches people’s daily lives. Our aim was to design a place that is ideal for both living and working and at the same time offers space for social interaction and cultural experiences.
